Frequently Asked Questions

About

  • The Chosen are keen to reach their fans all over the world and use partner organisations in countries outside of the US. KOVA International are The Chosen’s UK and Irish partner. We’ve been working together for a number of years and, at KOVA, we’re passionate about putting faith films on the big screen. Our biggest and best moment with The Chosen, so far, was the red carpet premiere of Season 4 in Leicester Square, back in January 2024.

If you’re keen to see more faith films on the big screen, please join our mailing list: Access All Areas.

  • The Come and See Foundation exists to bring The Chosen to the world. Their four pillars are: production, translation, global distribution and free for all. Come and See want to serve the church and also offer free licences to anyone who wants to show The Chosen in their community. Find out more here. You can also donate to the cause here!

  • We were hoping you’d ask! The best way is to sign up to be a Chosen Champion! You’ll get regular emails with all the latest news and updates, plus every time we add new items or have sales on the shop!

If you’re a MEGA FAN (like us!), and you want to get even more involved, consider becoming a Chosen Champion Plus - more information can be found here.

  • Great question! The best way is to join the The Chosen Insiders Facebook group. As an Insider, you’ll be first in line for news, content, and opportunities to get involved. It’s about as close as you can get to the show without stepping foot on set—and you might even get an opportunity to do that.

  • We LOVE hearing about how the show has impacted you and your faith, and we make sure to pass everything on to the team in the US. While we can’t promise that your message will get through to individual cast members, we do know that every testimony, word of encouragement and piece of feedback matters and is read by a member of The Chosen team.

Gifts

  • Thanks for being a part of the Chosen family over here in the UK and for buying a Chosen gift! We love our Irish customers, your support means a lot to us.

The process for buying Chosen gifts if you live over in Ireland is a bit different to the UK, so we wanted to let you know how this will work.

    Customs Charges

Customs Charges are not paid here at checkout, but when your gifts arrive at the mail sorting office in Ireland.

These charges will include Irish VAT and a customs office admin fee. For orders over $150 Customs Duty will also be due.

    How to Pay Customs Charges

Once your gifts arrive in Ireland, you will be either be sent an email or a card in the post showing the amount to pay and details of how to pay - you will be able to pay online using a debit/credit card or Paypal account or by post.

Once you’ve made the payment, the gifts will be sent to you!

If you have any questions about this, do let us know at thechosen@kovapr.com and we’ll be very happy to help.

  • Our hope is that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unused, unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for returns or exchanges.

Please click here to view our full Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy.

  • We’re working really hard to expand our range and you can request specific products by completing this form here - we love to hear from you. Because each new item has to be designed, approved and then produced it does take time, so thank you for bearing with us!

  • KOVA International are The Chosen’s official merchandise partner for the UK and Ireland, which means that this gift shop is the only one where your money will get back to The Chosen and contribute to production, translation and sharing this incredible series more broadly with the world!

Watching The Chosen

  • The Chosen is, and always will be, free to watch! All episodes and content are available via the official app and online.

We want to reach as many people as possible though, so currently in the UK, The Chosen is also available on Apple TV, Amazon Prime and YouTube.

  • The best place to start is by deleting and reinstalling the app and by making sure you have a login with Come and See. If it’s still not working for you, please have a look here and see if there are any articles that help. You can also directly report your issue on the US page.

  • Yes! You will need a licence from the Come and See Foundation, but this is easy to get and completely free. See more information here. Please let us know if you’re sharing The Chosen with your church or community - drop us an email at thechosen@kovapr.com. We would love to support you in any way we can!
